Since its inception in 2012, the conception of an idealized magazine, intended to provide leaders with a comprehensive repository of knowledge and opportunities for personal and professional growth, ultimately came to fruition in 2023. The influence of literary materials, both magazines, books, and jazz profoundly shaped my formative years, imbuing me with inspiration, delight, and intrigue, as they graced the coffee table. Among them, Oprah Magazine, during my high school days, proved particularly influential, serving as an "inspirational" catalyst that planted the seeds for my future aspirations to create something akin to it for Leaders. My vision, however, transcended the conventional boundaries of a singular magazine, aiming to embody the ethos of a one-stop shop, akin to the experience one encounters when visiting a Sheetz gas station while vacationing or traveling. The synthesis of Oprah's exemplary presentations and the multifaceted convenience of Sheetz thus culminated in the conception of "Sturgis Business Magazine" for leaders an amalgamation that bears the potential to be transformative in the world of leadership-oriented publications. The ensuing narrative, poised to be chronicled as HERstory, now stands as a testament to this harmonization, and I extend my heartfelt hope that leaders shall derive immense satisfaction and enrichment from its contents.
